What Does it Do?

Clickbank University is a program to teach you how to setup and market your own products and also to market other people’s products which is “affiliate marketing”.

The quality of training is very good but the community activity I would say could be better, the cost for everything I think is quite high for me. They start out very reasonable but the upsells can sure ad up and more important are they worth it?

Maybe newbies can use them but when I was starting out I just did not have that kind of money to throw around. In this Clickbank University 2.0 review it is a good program to market your own clickbank products but there are other less expensive programs out there if you want to do Affiliate marketing.

In their sales page they give you a straight forward sales pitch and not the scammy sales pitch on most of these that come across your desk. I just don’t like the expensive cars, houses and of course the living on the beach pitch, come on now how many of us are going to be able to do all this.

Myself I am happy to be able to make a comfortable income from home and have the freedom to work from any place I like, as I am a full time RV’er and retired. However for those of you that want it all go for it. You will just have to work a little longer and harder than I am prepared to do, Remember I am retired and just want to supplement my income.

Pro’s

The main training seems to focus on how to make your own products to list with clickbank. Creating your own products can make you a lot of money only if they are of high quality and you still need that other little thing “TRAFFIC” then and only then will you be in the money.

There is a lot of very good training on how to build your website, how to create your own products to sell and how to drive traffic to your site but in my mind affiliate marketing is a lot easier and just as lucrative.

Keeping that in mind I do not believe this is a scam as there is a lot of very informative modules and training, do your research and above all can you afford to keep it up (not sure if you can move your sites if you cancel out)

Con’s

The Cost, it’s all in the up-sells and you will need them as a lot of the training modules will be locked until you upgrade, you will start out at a reasonable cost $47.00 per month but then you do not get into all the modules and of course you will be needing these so then comes more money.

To start you are paying $47.00 a month ($564.00 per year) plus $297.00. Now your yearly fee just jumped up to $864.00 a year. I don’t know about you but that was to rich for my blood when I was starting my online business.

The training community is fairly good but response time leaves a lot to be desired and it seems most responses are just self introductions. There is also a face book page I presume is for social marketing but when I looked at it there was very little on it of any interest.

Who Is This For?

I think this is a good program for someone wanting their own site to build and promote their own product but I would want to check with them to see if you can move your site should you decide to quit the program and go on your own way or do you just lose all of your hard work?

The question is do I do this, have I the money to keep it going, can I transfer my site if I have to quit?
