PS. Have you tried the free Wealthy Affiliate website to look at all the free training and the wealthy affiliate community there to help with any and all questions 24/7 in live chat?
I’ve always had a problem with website images for my blog because if they’re not copyrighted, you have to reference where the pics are from which means your visitors will be going to somebody else’s website.
So I really do appreciate your list of resources, especially when some offer free images to use. 🙂
However, I’ve also heard that Canva is a great place for extremely cheap images and it also provides editing options for being creative.
I do have one question: Does Wealthy Affiliate also provide a library that offers free images for our websites?
Cheers.
I think we all have had problems with finding free images and it’s
good you found some new places to find what you are looking for. Canva
is a great place to make your own images so you can get exactly what you
want and put in your own wording Etc.
Wealthy Affiliate has
millions of images or photo’s that are also free to use for all their
premium members, just another perk for all members. Enjoy your images.
It seems to be a common belief that if a photo or image is on the internet somewhere, then it’s free for everyone to use, when it’s not. We search through Google images, see something we like and grab it for our website or whatever.
Most of these images are copyright and not allowed to be used without permission.
On your list, one of my favourite free image sources is Pixabay. “Most” of their images are free for commercial use, but you still have to be careful, as some image son there have content restriction placed on them, but most don’t.
I’m going to check out some others on your list. Cheers.
All these site are mostly free images but as with any site you should always check before using them just to be on the safe side and to sleep better at nights. Happy image hunting.
This is great because it’s always hard to find sites where you can find and use images and not be worried about copyright infringement.
I joined Wealthy Affiliate and always need images and you found some I didn’t know about.
In building my website I can now have other options for choosing images.
It’s important when writing content and needing to insert images that are quality and labeled for reuse.
I now have more tools in my arsenal with Wealthy Affiliate.
Hi Rob
We all need good quality images for our websites, I am glad you found some that you can make good use of. Happy image hunting.
